壓差開關(guān)介質(zhì)為蒸汽和高溫水時(shí)的應(yīng)用:
壓差開關(guān)和一般的壓力測量元件一樣,壓差開關(guān)本身不能直接安裝以高溫管道上,應(yīng)通過壓力管道將壓力傳至壓力開關(guān),但在壓差開關(guān)與壓力導(dǎo)管之間必須接入有2-3圈的彈簧圈,以保證冷卻后的水進(jìn)入壓力開關(guān)。
壓差開關(guān)的安裝說明:
壓差開關(guān)可安裝于任何位置,只要使用起來方便即可。設(shè)計(jì)和安裝者應(yīng)避免將電纜管內(nèi)的積水導(dǎo)入到壓力開關(guān)。建議電纜管的鋪設(shè)坡度應(yīng)向壓力開關(guān)本身升高,并在電纜管的zui低點(diǎn)設(shè)置“Y”型接頭,是接頭下方安置,以利于進(jìn)入電纜管中液體的排出。
壓差開關(guān)電氣觸點(diǎn)的容量:
從原文說明書中給出交流參數(shù)可知,壓差開關(guān)中的電氣觸點(diǎn)容量是很大的。但由于技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等方面的原因,關(guān)于直接參數(shù),給出zui大為125VDC的指標(biāo),對(duì)于其它情況,用戶可根據(jù)國內(nèi)普遍的設(shè)計(jì)原則,容量判斷原則來應(yīng)用。據(jù)國內(nèi)許多用戶實(shí)際應(yīng)用的情況來看無問題
